The infrastructure between what India throws away and what it urgently needs.
India imports the overwhelming majority of its critical minerals while discarding the very materials its economy depends on. ReVivo exists to close that gap — building the circular resource infrastructure that recovers, traces and returns strategic materials to industry at national scale.
Recovery is infrastructure
Circularity doesn't scale on goodwill. It scales on infrastructure — connected, traceable and accountable. That's what we build.
Waste is misplaced supply
The critical materials India imports are already inside what it discards. We treat waste streams as the nearest deposit, not a disposal problem.
Trust is the product
Recovered material is only valuable if it can be trusted. Traceability and compliance turn claims into verifiable supply.
The opportunity
The materials the global economy urgently needs — copper, lithium, cobalt, nickel — are already inside India's waste streams. The infrastructure to recover them didn't exist. Until now.
Recovery isn't just circular. It's critical.
The case for circular resource infrastructure is human, economic and environmental — and all three are urgent.
Human impact
Replacing hazard with infrastructure.
Hundreds of thousands of informal workers handle hazardous e-waste daily — burning cables, acid-leaching circuit boards — without protection. ReVivo builds the formal infrastructure that replaces those practices with safe, structured, dignified recovery.
Economic impact
Recovery is resource security.
India imports over 90% of its critical minerals. The strategic materials sitting in discarded electronics, batteries and vehicles represent a domestic supply opportunity that formal recovery infrastructure can unlock — at scale, with traceability.
Environmental impact
Recovery avoids what extraction costs.
Every tonne of material recovered is a tonne not mined, smelted or imported. Recycled aluminium uses 5% of the energy of primary production. Re-refined base oil cuts GHG emissions by up to 85% compared to virgin crude. Traceable recovery makes these outcomes verifiable.
